Heidi is a world wide acclaimed photographer, known for her powerful storytelling through the lens. With a background in Fine Art and Cultural Geography, Heidi’s work seamlessly merges her artistic vision with a deep understanding of human connections and environments.


Her accolades speak volumes about her impact in the world of photography and journalism. Her work has been published in internationally respected publications including the Washington Post Magazine, the Seattle Times, Ami Magazine, showcasing her ability to capture compelling narratives through imagery. She has lent her voice to podcasts like Colombia Calling and Art Speak.


Heidi’s first film project “Torah Tropical” has received multiple grants from Jewish Story Partners, a testament to her dedication to exploring cultural narratives through visual storytelling. Her work has been recognized by Lens Culture, Vim’s, Variety Magazine and Jewish Insider, solidifying her reputation as an award winning photographer with a unique perspective.


Heidi’s photographs are part of the esteemed permanent collection of the Jewish Museum of Florida, underscoring her significance in documenting and preserving Jewish heritage


Born and raised in Southampton, New York, as she says "hospital to high school," Heidi is most happy at the beach. After two decades living abroad, Heidi is thrilled to call New York home again. She splits her time between Brooklyn and Southampton.
